The updates did come through, but they were a bit late. I’m always a little wary of the polished company-speak around “timely communication,” because in practice I was still left waiting longer than I would’ve liked. Not a disaster, just something they could handle better...

Just a heads up for anyone ordering here: the order itself was fine, but getting my refund was a pain. I sent the items back, kept checking for updates, and still had to wait what felt like forever to get my money back. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it was definitely frustrating, especially if you’re counting on that refund coming through quickly.

I use Zalando Lounge every now and then, usually when I’m having a coffee and scrolling on my phone, and most of my orders have turned up totally fine. I’ve found some really good prices, especially on clothes and shoes. The only thing that’s been a bit frustrating is that a couple of items got cancelled after I ordered them, which was annoying because I was already mentally planning outfits, as you do. The refund came through without any drama though, so I can’t really complain too much. Overall, I still like using it, but I do wish the stock info was a bit more accurate sometimes

Some of the deals are okay, but I don’t know why a lot of the prices still feel close to what you’d pay in regular shops. Once you add delivery, it doesn’t really seem that competitive anymore.

I ordered a jacket and a pair of trainers from Zalando Lounge. Delivery was totally fine and arrived without any issues. The trainers were actually really nice and looked just like the photos, so I was happy with those. The jacket was a bit more disappointing though — it felt thinner than I expected, and after wearing it once I noticed a loose thread. For what I paid, it wasn’t awful, but I wouldn’t say it felt like amazing value either. I’m quite careful with spending, so I’d probably order again only if the discount was really worth it.
